So you meal prepped to start the week, but your family also eats your prepped food…  You’re happy that your husband and kids are eating vegetables…  But why does it have to be YOUR vegetables?!  So you run out of food early.  How do you handle?  ❌ Most people just try to make do with what they have or go out to eat to fill the remainder of the week…  …then they wonder why they’re not seeing results. 🤷🏻‍♀️  ✅ Instead, at the beginning of each week, make your grocery list IN the Instacart app.  Then when you go to the store on Sunday, shop for everything on that list in person.  When (not if) you run out of food mid-week, if you can’t make it to the store, hit “PURCHASE” on Instacart and boom. 💥  Your food is at your door in hours, and you’re able to eat the same meals the rest of your week.  Share this tip with a mom who would find this useful!

4000+ lives changed 🤯

Saturday I spoke to 110+ online fitness coaches on how to be a compassionate coach, who fosters deep, trusting relationships with their clients
‌
The total active client count of the business owners in the room was over 4000.
‌
Which means that a minimum of four THOUSAND people, starting today, will have a higher chance of reaching their long-term goals with an amazing coach by their side.
‌
& that these 110+ fitness coaches will feel better equipped to do their job and each go serve hundreds more.
‌
I believe we have something really special here at PCC. 💙💜

‼️ To stop the yo-yo dieting cycle once and for all
‌
‼️ To be empowered to take control of not only their health, but their LIFE.

This opportunity opened up a chapter for me that I didn’t even know was possible.
‌
But now that it is… Here’s what we’re out to do.
‌
PCC is taking the fitness industry by storm & setting the standard for online fitness coaching.
‌
When we reach millions, yo-yo dieting and diet culture will stop being passed down generations
‌
💜 Women will grow up in environments suited for health
‌
💜 Women will be raised to have positive relationships with their bodies because their mothers modeled it for them
‌
💜 Women will grow up valuing time for themselves, health, & self-care FIRST
‌
& this whole ripple effect started with me emptying my life savings to @impactfitnesscoachingacademy to bet on myself and chase a dream. 🥰
‌
I am so grateful for this past weekend and for the eyes/ears of fitness coaches from across the country!
‌
But let’s not stop there!!

You could take time for yourself and make exercise an enjoyable part of your day?

Growing up she used to be in sports and activities…

But as an adult, she struggled to incorporate fitness back into her life

Do you stay on track for a few days then fall off and binge?

I wasn’t eating ENOUGH and believed I lost my willpower because I would binge.

I would feel disgusting, horrible, and guilty 😥

❌Then make up for it and exercise the calories off the next day

Most women who enter our 1:1 coaching program are doing something similar.

They’re ending up overeating BECAUSE they’re undereating.

1,200 calories is barely enough for a growing toddler. 👧

So it’s NOT enough for a full-grown woman who aspires to be active and healthy.
