What was once a slight annoyance gradually grew into a big frustration.

Where did you think you’d be by the end of 2023? A

Where did you think you’d be by the end of 2023? Are you there now?
‌
I remember trying on swimsuits that were on sale because it was winter… envisioning myself on the beach feeling confident 👙
‌
But in the moment I couldn’t bear the sight of the bloating and how none of the suits fit the way I wanted 😢
‌
I kept re-committing to my goals… in January I set intentions to push myself in my fitness goals and build my discipline
‌
…But life happened and got in the way.
‌
Then came restarting in February, March, April, May… but I was traveling every other weekend, putting work before myself, and never TRULY committing to my goals.
‌
Why? Because my approach was too extreme and not realistic. 🚩
‌
Finally, in August I discarded the thought that I could do it all on my own and leaned into RE-learning the same sustainable methods we teach our clients
‌
Now looking into 2024, I’m so glad I put myself first in a REALISTIC way. 🤗
‌
I want to pay it forward and help you SKIP that same pattern and be successful ASAP in the new year. ❤️
